5 Structural design and menu navigation of the NAVIGATIOR Cannabis It is then necessary to decide which sector has the greatest relevance for the new cannabis product. However, marketing in several sectors in parallel is also possible, which then often significantly increases the complexity for market access. After determining the relevant sectors for the commercialization of the new cannabis product, NAVIGATOR Cannabis turns to the questions of pricing and possible reimbursement by payers in SHI and PHI. For certain sectors there is no reimbursement at all and consequently the products have to be financed "out - of - pocket". After the Pricing & Reimbursement level, the Marketing + Sales level is proces- sed in NAVIGATOR Cannabis. Here, different options for optimal marketing are listed. With the emerging market development, i.e. very large growth dynamics, the- re will sooner or later be countermeasures by the legislature (see GSAV ) and also by the health insurance companies. On the one hand, the introduction of reference prices is conceivable, on the other hand, the discontinuation of the discount agreements, which have been tried and tested for years, is also very likely in the cannabis market and will significantly lower the price level.
