7 Contract modules In general, it is possible to conclude selective contracts with the payers in GKV and PKV for the reimbursement of the new product. One variant of the direct contracts are model pro- jects according to §§ 63 - 64 SGB V. These selective contracts can be designed as bilateral or tripartite contracts. For example, the contracts for cross - sector integrated care according to § 140a ff SGB V are suitable for this. With regard to the supporting contract principle, there are the options of simple discount contracts, cost sharing and capitation contracts, and process - oriented contract models. Each of these different contracts has a different significance in the course of market access. Accompanying modules The communication of product features is an indispensable process in Market Access. The accompanying modules are available for this purpose Value Dossier EbM - based Value Dossier EbM - oriented This module presents the benefit or additional benefit of the product compared to the rele- vant comparator therapy. The underlying value story of a new product can best be com- municated with a value dossier. Another important flanking module is a specific Stakeholder Mapping & Management Pro- gram, which presents and secures individual activities for a product. Administrative modules These are smaller modules that support the product in market access. These can be admi- nistrative processes and matters, such as the required registration as a medical device manufacturer with DIMDI , etc.
