11 Product availability The road map to sustainable market access is designed by EPC HealthCare individually for each of the client's products. Together with our clients we develop pre - launch, post - launch or integral road maps for drugs, medical devices and diagnostics. The initial design and lay out of the road map requires a period of 1 to 3 weeks. Beyond the design of the road map, we develop the operational modules for implementati- on as well as concepts for monitoring and controlling the road map to market access. This usually takes another 2 weeks. Basically, it is an interactive management tool that requires periodic updating as a "living document".
