In 2018 Aphria has taken over two competitors Broken Coast Cannabis and Nuuvera. ▪ The Canadian Cannabis company Aphria from Ontario is taking over the importer CC Pharma and will in future also be allowed to grow Cannabis in Germany because it has won the first tender of the BfArM. ▪ At the same time, an indoor facility is to be built in Neumünster for research and deve- lopment purposes. In Bad Bramstedt a GMP-certified Cannabis vault, this is to offer a storage capacity of 5,000 kilograms of Cannabis. ▪ The German subsidiary also holds a 25.1% stake in the Berlin Schöneberg hospital.
